"Afera" z udziałem Kuby Wojewódzkiego, Tomasza Lisa i okładki jego Newsweeka zbiegła się "przypadkowo" z premierą jego nowej audycji - Książę i Żebrak. Emitowana jest na antenie Rock Radia, dawniej Roxy FM, której przekształcenie w nową rozgłośnię spotkało się z bojkotem nie tylko ze strony fanów, ale i wielu pracowników stacji. Wojewódzkiemu i jego szefom zależało więc zapewne na promocji i przyciągnięciu słuchaczy. Następcą Figurskiego na stanowisku przyjaciela Kuby został Mikołaj Lizut.

W dzisiejszym programie Kuba i Mikołaj próbowali kpić z Tomasza Lisa, który w wydanym przez Newsweek oświadczeniu pisał m.in., że "król TVN" stawił się na sesji okładkowej w towarzystwie "stylisty fryzur".

Jeśli oni próbują nas zdyskredytować tym, że przyszedłem na sesję zdjęciową ze stylistą włosów, to ja... w życiu nie spotkałem tak niezdolnego fotografa i tak niezdolnej makijażystki! - ripostował Wojewódzki na antenie.
