Akcje charytatywne już dawno przestały wyglądać jak mało interesujące przyjęcia, na które wstęp mają nieliczni. Teraz mamy charytatywne koncerty, single, imprezy oraz pokazy mody. Brytyjskie gwiazdy połączyły siły i podczas Londyńskiego Tygodnia Mody zorganizowały pokaz, z którego dochód zasilił fundacje pomagające ofiarom trzęsienia ziemi na Haiti.

W czwartkowej imprezie wzięły udział m. in. Geri Halliwell, Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, Nicola Roberts i Kimberly Walsh z Girls Aloud, Pixie Geldof i Alexandra Burke.

Podczas pokazu zebrano ponad milion funtów. Sukienka Alexandra McQueena, którą miała na sobie Kate Moss została sprzedana za 100 tysięcy.
